Louvre Windows-Glass and Aluminum Blades

The window sash is rigidly connected to the window frame by hinges on all four sides. Its wind pressure resistance meets the national standard level 9 (test wind pressure ≥5000Pa). The opening angle is usually limited to 15-30 degrees to prevent children from climbing.

Glass Louvre Windows

Glass louvers are modern architectural decorative products made of glass blades. They achieve a balance between ventilation and lighting by adjusting the blade angle and are mainly used in residential areas, offices and high-end clubs. Their light transmission is better than that of traditional aluminum alloy, PVC or wood materials, and they have the physical properties of being moisture-proof, mildew-proof and not easily deformed, but their concealment is relatively weak [2]. This product saves space by rotating and opening, and supports multiple control modes such as manual, electric and fire linkage. The maximum blade width can reach 300mm, and the longest can be customized up to 1800mm. The mainstream models include TYPE 10, 15, 24 and double-layer hollow type, among which the double-layer hollow type adopts a 6+12A+6mm glass structure.

Aluminum Louvre Windows

Aluminum alloy shutters are architectural windows made of aluminum alloy, known for their lightweight and durability. The product uses a manual knob or push-rod motor to drive an internal connecting rod, allowing the slats to rotate 0°-105°. 90° provides maximum ventilation, while 15°-25° prevents outside views. When closed, they block heavy rain. Motorized models can be integrated with fire suppression systems as automatic smoke dampers.

The slats are available in four double-layered, hollow sizes: 10×50, 8×101, 13×104, and 13×125mm (thickness × width), providing thermal and sound insulation. For installation, a single slat is recommended to not exceed 1.2m wide × 1.6m high. Larger windows require separate fabrication with aluminum connectors. The product is available in single-layer and double-layered types. Double-layered windows include rainproof slats and a drip edge, suitable for public places requiring ventilation and rain protection, such as computer rooms. Single-layered windows are equipped with a protective mesh cover and screen, suitable for office buildings and other locations requiring natural light and ventilation.
